TOUR OF BRITAIN: Provisional timings released
THE provisional timings for the second stage of the Aviva Tour of Britain, which is being held in East Lancashire, have been revealed.
The stage will take place from Clitheroe to Colne on Monday, September 7.
The provisional start time is 11am in Castle Street, Clitheroe before taking on the Nick O'Pendle at 11.21am and then on to Longridge for noon.
The riders will enter Slaidburn at 12.58pm before getting to Barnoldswick at 1.29pm, Earby at 1.38pm and Barley at 2.06pm.
The race will return to Clitheroe at 2.22pm, Whalley at 2.31 and Higham at 2.45pm.
The riders will reach Nelson at 2.54pm and finish in Colne at 3.01pm.
