Rovers have allowed two more of their young players to leave on loan.
Striker Lewis Mansell has joined Scottish Championship side Partick Thistle on loan until the end of the season.
It is the second loan move of the season for the 21-year-old striker who has also spent time at National League North side FC United of Manchester.
Mansell has been a regular for Damien Johnson’s Under-23s side in recent years, but has made just three substitutes appearances this term.
Meanwhile, Sam Barnes has made a short-term move to Evo-Stik Premier Division side Marine FC.
The 17-year-old defender, who captained Rovers’ Under-18s in the FA Youth Cup at Ewood Park earlier this season, has signed on on an initial 28-day period of work experience through to February 12.
The pair follow Sam Hart and Brad Lyons in leaving the club on temporary deals this month, having joined Southend and St Mirren respectively.
