Chorley ran into a man in form as Barrow’s Greg Platten hit a match-winning 108 off 114 balls at the Ernest Pass Memorial Ground.
Chorley had made 199-9, recovering from the early losds for just five of professional JJ Smuts. Kieran McCullagh helped rescue Chorley from 112-7 with 39 off 27 balls, while James Reynard and Will Moulton both scored 37.
But that wasn’t enough as a Platten inspired Barrow raced home with more than eight overs to spare.
