Will Hatfield has committed his future to Stanley by putting pen to paper on a new contract at the Crown Ground.
The 20-year-old has signed a new 12 month deal with the club.
"It was an easy decision to make," explained the midfielder. "It's taken a while but that's football and I was really happy to sign.
"This is a one-off club for me. I've really enjoyed my time so far, the lads are great and the team spirit is different class. It's like no other club and I've really enjoyed it."
Will joined the Reds on an initial loan spell from Leeds last season before joining permanently following his release from Elland Road in February.
He's become known for his late goals, netting against Port Vale, Bradford and AFC Wimbledon.
"I want to be in the starting eleven week in and week out now," he said.
"I don't want to be on the bench but I have to earn my place first and that's what I'll be trying to do in pre-season."
