In front of a packed crowd reigning North West 10 Reds champions Low Moor lost their first game for almost two years as they crashed out at the quarter-final stage to their neighbours Clitheroe Social Club.
Social, who are playing in the competition for the first time, went through thanks to wins for Eric Barnes, Paul Clark and 60-year-old Steve Horsefield.
The Social play fancied Burnley St Andrews from Burnley in the second semi final at the Claremont Club in Blackpool on May 8 with the final on Thursday, May 10.
