TERRY McPhillips has urged his starlets to stamp their names in Rovers’ history by lifting the FA Youth Cup for the first time since 1959.
Rovers under 18s’ travel to Stamford Bridge for the first leg of the youth cup final against Chelsea, looking to follow in the footsteps of former heroes.
“This is the big event,” said McPhillips. “Everyone in football will be watching this game and this is the opportunity for them to shine.
“It is a massive occasion and, of course, the lads want to go on and win it.”
