RIBCHESTER’S Adam Morgan put a nightmare start to life in the British Touring Car Championship behind him as he secured his first two race finishes of the season at Donington on Sunday.

Morgan suffered two crashes on the opening weekend of the season at Brands Hatch, meaning he failed to finish two races and missed the other one as his Toyota Avensis underwent repairs.

But the 23-year-old made it to the end of the first two races at Donington in Leicestershire after qualifying 20th on the grid.

Morgan took 15th place in the first race of the day before improving to 13th in the second race, although he was forced out of the final event after 10 of the 19 laps.
