Burnley Aquatic swimmers have been in fine form in the Lancashire County championships.
In the opening round in Liverpool, the young team picked up a clutch of medals and bagged a string of personal best times.
Jamie Sharpley and Katie Rennolds were the cream of the crop who both gained National Qualifying Times in the freestyle and backstroke events.
Jamie bagged gold in both the 200m and 100m backstroke and silver in the 200m individual medley.
Katie was also a double gold medal winner, in 800m freestyle event and the 200m butterfly.
Robert Bryce won silver in the 200m backstroke and bronze in the100m backstroke.
Thomas Hamer achieved silver in the 1500m freestyle while Erica Minnozi bagged silver in 100m backstroke.
And Ella Sheridan swam for gold in the 800m freestyle and silver in the 400m individual medley.
“Huge congratulations to Jamie Sharpley and Katie Rennolds who have now gained National Qualifying times in the freestyle and backstroke events,” said Keelie Pilington.
