PADIHAM'S North West Counties League Premier Division game with Atherton LR this afternoon has been postponed.
The Storks were looking forward to returning to action after the big freeze and the clash was all set to go ahead after the Arbories thawed out earlier in the week.
But torrential rain arrived on Friday night and continued this morning rendering the surface unplayable despite the hard work of volunteers.
Ramsbottom United's North West Counties League Cup trip to Winsford United is also off, as is Bacup Borough's trip to Ashton Ahtletic in the same competition.
And Nelson's return to home action is also on hold.
The Admirals are yet to play a game at Victoria Park in 2012 - and that run goes on with the North West Counties League First Division clash with Cheadle Town also off.
