PAULA Walker produced her best performance of the World Cup with a sixth place finish in Calgary.
The Blackburn ace, along with Gillian Cooke, finished with a combined time of 1 minute 54.16 seconds in the eighth and final race of the World Cup series.
The 25-year-old finished in 11th place in the overall rankings.
She now goes to the World Championships in Lake Placid next week in confident mood after her season’s best.
