Burnley players and management took a break from their pre-season schedule to enjoy a team bonding day.
The squad, along with boss Eddie Howe and his backroom team, visited an outdoor activity centre in Simonstone to take part in individual and team challenges.
These ranged from a leap of faith – jumping from a 30ft tree – running the gauntlet of a 300-ft zip wire, and climbing a wooden ladder some 40ft high.
But as our pictures show some, players found it tough while their team-mates laughed.
