Rain put paid to Lancashire's chase for a County Championship title at Blackpool's Stanley Park last week.
Lancs had made 456 for 9 and also performed well with the ball, bowling out Warwickshire for 231.
But only a dozen balls were possible in the visitors' second innings as torrential rain swept the Fylde on Friday and Saturday.
