EARBY claimed the West Craven bragging rights as they beat Barnoldswick in the Ribblesdale League Twenty20 on Friday to gain revenge for their heavy loss in the league derby.
Chris Lemon top scored with 24 as Barlick were all out for 113 before Ali Azmat’s quick 50 eased Earby home.
Sub-pro Qaiser Abass claimed three cheap wickets and then smashed 62 not out as Clitheroe crushed derby rivals Ribblesdale Wanderersm while Great Harwood beat Salesbury by eight runs in a good game at The Cliffe.
Former skipper Jon Baldwin made his return to Cherry Tree after working in Australia and he helped his side to an easy win over local rivals Feniscowles, while Baxenden beat Edenfield on Thursday and Padiham were too strong for Oswaldtwistle Immanuel.
