SCHALKE midfielder Jermaine Jones has been named in America's 23-man squad for next month's Gold Cup.
Jones, who signed for Blackburn Rovers on loan until January, will hope to be a key player for the tournament that starts for the US on June 7.
Rovers boss Steve Kean has repeatedly revealed his desire to sign Jones permanently this summer, if a price can be agreed with Schalke.
