JAY Rodriguez misses out through injury as Eddie Howe makes three changes to the side which was beaten at Leicester City for tonight's game at Nottingham Forest.

Midfielders Jack Cork and Marvin Bartley return following illness and injury respectively while Danny Fox is back from suspension and comes in for Brian Easton.

Should Graham Alexander make his 1000th career appearance tonight it will be from the bench, as it has been throughout Howe's reign.

Rodriguez is ruled out with a recurrence of a persistent hip niggle as Burnley bid to arrest a run of five games without a win.

With Chris Iwelumo dropped to the bench, Nathan Delfouneso looks likely to lead the line in either a front three, or with Chris Eagles playing off him.
