IT was a day to forget for Darwen who had two players sent off, missed a penalty and slumped to another home defeat.
The Anchor Ground side were already trailing 2-0 to goals from Steve Allen (18) and Daniel Brown (68) when Oliver Telford was shown a straight red for retaliation.
Anthony Harkness had a spot kick saved and Darwen’s misery was compounded when Matt Taylor was dismissed.
