BURNLEY racked up another victory but it was far from impressive as bad habits returned.
The Holden Road side have been in fine form in recent weeks playing some flowing rugby.
But as coach Getty Schinkel targets a top five place in North Lancs One, he is looking for his players to recapture that form.
“We’ve been superb in the last couple of games but the boys just didn’t turn up,” said Schinkel.
“They were kicking ball away that we had been running in the previous games and in the end we were hanging on a bit.”
Hooker Adam Healey, prop and captain Nino Angelone and young winger Tom Ives scored tries with Dom Leck adding a conversion and two penalties.
