The 2011 Tough One Extreme Enduro comes to Rossendale next month where the Back Cowm Quarry promises to provide the riders with the toughest of tests and the spectators with some thrilling action.

The course will include much of the natural scope of the venue as well as using the old fashioned ingredients of the previous six years of Tough One action. That means riders will face a variety of tyres, logs, cars, lorry trailers and some other interesting obstacles all strategically placed to create the toughest of routes.

The event stays with the tried and tested race schedule of previous years, but adding in some tweaks and improvements, the Tough One 2011 will have a 1.5hr Clubman, Veteran, Ladies race to open the day’s action.

There’s also the Tough One Speed Trial offering a one-hour race for trials bike riders which promises some additional great viewing for spectators.

Entries cost £100 per rider (£25 for the Speed Trial event) and are filling up fast.
