Kingsley Williams gave Bacup a deserved 35th minute lead but Borough failed to convert a hatful of chances.
And they paid the price as three goals in the final 20 minutes from Astley Mulholland, Ashford Blake and Phillip Drummond sealed victory for Flixton.
