ASHLEY Parillon scored twice as Clitheroe maintained their impressive start in Evo-Stik First Division North.
The former England schoolboy international scored at the end of each half as the Blues cemented third spot.
Clitheroe took the lead on 45 minutes when Alex Brees played a diagonal pass into the penalty area and a superb first touch and turn by Parillion saw him create space to drill a low shot home.
The Blues continued the good work after the break and secured the points in the 87th minute when Tom Williams threaded a pass through to Parillon to confidently slot the ball home.
