Aneila Afsar achieved a big feat at ‘Little Feet’ - gaining her black belt.
The 11-year-old made the grade at Jakaun Bal Taek-wondo Club, which tran-slates as Little Feet.
The Pendle Vale pupil was just six-years-old when she joined the club that has bases in Burnley, Pendle, and Padiham.
“I think it is fitting that someone who came through the door when she was just six-years-old has achieved her black belt in a club named Little Feet,” said head instructor Philip Richardson. “But those feet certainly pack some power.
“She is very dedicated and worked very hard to achieve her black belt.
“Now she can concentrate on competing in events and competitions and she is already talking about the British Championships.”
The club meet at Marsden Community Centre. Padi-ham Town Hall and also Vincent Farrell Commmu-nity Centre.
