ROSSENDALE United suffered FA Cup agony after Leigh Genesis grabbed a dramatic, last-gasp injury time winner.
The Stags had battled back from 3-1 down to draw level with two goals in the final 10 minutes only for Richard Gleave to net six minutes in to stoppage time.
Nick Eastham had given the visitors a second minute lead in the FA Cup first qualifying round tie before Jason Hart levelled matters in the 31st minute.
Eastham then restored Leigh’s lead soon after the restart and John Lawless extended it on the hour.
But Leigh were reduced to nine men when Paul Hopkins and John Lawless were both sent off.
That prompted a fight-back from Dale as Nathan Bond pounced on a loose ball to make it 3-2 on 80 minutes and Aaron Swift blasted in an equaliser in the final minute.
A replay seemed to be on the cards but Dale pushed forward looking for the winner - only to be hit by a sucker punch when an unmarked Gleave scored the winner.
