David Weise was the star of the show at Seedhill as he wrecked Nelson’s day.

Todmorden’s South African pro made a quite magnificent 140 with 14 fours and eight sixes to leave Nelson up against it as they were faced with chasing a daunting 265.

But any hopes of chasing that down were shattered by Weise.

The former Darwen professional claimed a stunning return to 8-56 to leave Nelson 191 all out.
