TABLE toppers Clitheroe look to take advantage of their seat at the summit tomorrow when they face Great Harwood.

Peter Dibb’s men shot to the top last weekend as both Read and Baxenden lost and are in the box seat after their win at Salesbury, although their one-point lead is slender to say the least.

But they face a Harwood side who beat Read last weekend and are starting to find some form and will be determined to ruin Clitheroe’s day.

Baxenden face a tough test against Padiham at Back Lane, while Read are in derby action against Whalley.

That promises to be a good game with Jon Harvey going head to head with Whalley's hard-hitting pro Kamran Younas in a likely run-fest.

Earby are in fourth and entertain bottom of the table Salesbury, who are missing Jason Rawson through a hamstring injury while in-form Oswaldtwistle Immanuel look to cement their place in the top five at Edenfield.

In-form skipper Imran Abid and veteran Gerard Metcalf have 67 wickets between them and pro Chris Cook-Martin has found form with the bat but Edenfield have three wins on the spin to move off the foot of the table.

Ribblesdale Wanderers go to Settle while Cherry Tree, who saw their middle order knocked over by Anwar Ali last week, face another Pakistani paceman as they lock horns with Barnoldswick’s Jaffar Nazir at Preston Old Road.
