There was drama at New Lane as Oswaldtwistle beat Earby in a nail-biter.

Chris Cook-Martin batted well for Immanuel as he hit 84 out of his side’s 189-6. Oliver Clare also made 46 as Ali Azmat picked up four wickets.

Earby looked to be coasting with Craig Walton smashing 50 until Imran Abid and Gerard Metcalf got into the swing.

Immanuel strangled Earby – but they were still favourites.

However, they fell apart and were four runs short with Abid and Metcalf both claiming four wickets.
