DARWEN head into their biggest game of the season so far tomorrow as they pit their wits against Blackpool at Stanley Park.
John Cordingley’s in-form Darwen head to the seaside for their clash with the third-placed outfit in what is the Northern League’s game of the day.
And the batsman friendly Stanley Park offers Darwen professional Mohammad Zaman Khan the chance to add to his 574 league runs.
The game also pits leading amateurs Kamran Anwar and Blackpool’s Steven Mercer into a bowling battle.
Darwen are also in action on Sunday as they play in the first round of the Readers Cup.
Darwen host Preston at 2pm.
