Blackburn Rovers will face Everton at Ewood Park on the opening day of the season.
The two teams clashed in the opener two seasons ago, with Rovers winning 3-2 at Goodison Park.
Sam Allardyce's men then travel to Birmingham the following weekend, then host Arsene Wenger's Arsenal in another Ewood cracker.
Rovers go to Anfield on October 23 then host Chelsea the week after.
The trip to Old Trafford is scheduled for November 27.
On Boxing Day, Rovers have a home tie against Stoke, and travel to Sunderland on New Year's Day.
The last two games are home to Manchester United, then Wolves away.
