Ramsbottom opener Keith Webb made a glorious 125 as his side made hay on a good track at Enfield.
Webb faced 132 balls and plundered 21 boundaries as Ramsbottom closed on 265 on a run-laden day.
Jon Fielding’s 31 was the next highest score, while professional Francois du Plessis made 21 on his return from injury.
Adam Bracewell (78) and Zed Afzal (53) shared a 104-run stand for Enfield and Joe Wrigley clattered 47 but the day went wrong for the home side.
They needed 42 from 10 overs with six wickets in hand but Fielding spun his side to success as Enfield fell seven runs short.
