SID SHERAZ hit Haslingden for six as Colne booked their place in the Get Solutions Worsley Cup semi-finals.
Sheraz took six wickets to set up a home tie against Burnley in the last four of the competition on June 25.
The Colne bowler was in sensational form, with a return of six for 50, and professional Mahendra Nagamootoo was among the wickets as Haslingden were bowled for 185, thanks to a late rally by Lewis McIntosh and Andy Clough.
That target was never in trouble as West Indian Nagamootoo and Jeff Ellis dug in with the bat.
Ellis smashed 12 fours and four sixes on his way to a vital 97, which helped see Colne home with 20 overs to spare.
East Lancs will host Nelson in the other semi-final after seeing off Rawtenstall in a high-scoring encounter.
Rawtenstall hammered a superb 113 as they set a target of 224 for seven.
But up stepped Phil Mercer, and smashed the ball all over the field for a quickfire unbeaten 80.
Opener David Pearson was just as impressive and he held theinnings together with a solid 73 to earn the victory.
Burnley recorded a 42-run over Todmorden - last year's finalists - at Turf Moor.
Jon Clare top-scored with 41 as the home team put 179 on the board.
And Clare starred with the ball, along with Graham Lalor as Todmorden never threatened their target.
Nelson maintained their superb start to the season with a five-wicket win over Enfield - and they are still on course for four trophies.
Khurram Nazir took four wickets, while Robin Peterson top scored with 45.
