Burnley have confirmed their first pre-season friendly of the 2006/07 season.
Lancashire neighbours Bolton Wanderers will visit Turf Moor on Saturday, July 22 (kick off 3pm), the day before the Clarets travel to a training camp in scenic Lake Garda for their final preparations for the Championship campaign, which kicks off August 5.
Wanderers, managed by Sam Allardyce - who recently came close to landing the England manager's job - have again enjoyed a successful season in the Premiership, narrowly missing out on a place in European competition by finishing in eighth place.
Admission prices for the Turf Moor friendly will be £10 for adults and £5 concessions and further details on availability will be released shortly.
