BUOYANT Accrington Stanley manager John Coleman has revealed he would have no qualms about winning the Conference title without even kicking a ball.
It is mathematically possible if results go their way for Stanley to be crowned champions on Tuesday night.
That means they would have to win tomorrow's home game against Grays Athletic and rely on Hereford losing at Woking tomorrow, then drawing at Morecambe on Tuesday night.
"We need eight points from six games. If we do that nothing can stop us" Coleman said. "But I've always said I think we would win the League without kicking a ball.
"Whether that happens is a different matter, but I would love to be in a position where we could.
"I think tomorrow's game becomes vital because if we can win, then on any given day after that we could win the League. Whether we play or someone else plays, we could win the league, which is a great situation to be in.
"Winning the title and not playing wouldn't bother me in the slightest."
