DEFIANT Accrington Stanley manager John Coleman believes his side's unrelenting determination will play a big part in their promotion hopes.
The P' word has been banned from the training ground. And the Reds boss himself insists he isn't allowing himself a moment to get excited about what might be, despite a 13-point lead at the top of the Nationwide Conference.
But he has praised the way his young guns have shown a maturity and level-headedness beyond their years in not letting being top of the league go to their heads.
"Determination is something that we've tried to instil into the lads. But we've got to be cautious. We can't let the lads get too carried away," he said.
"As you chip down what you need to win and what other teams can get, it's unlikely that teams will win every game from now to the end of the season, but they could. So we have to just focus on trying to win every game.
"The nearer you get to the end, the closer the finishing line gets in sight, I just hope that we don't wobble.
"But if you can keep on winning games it will take the pressure off.
"I've been surprised at how well we've handled the pressure since we've gone top.
"It's something that seemed to affect Grays and Exeter when they went top. But I think a big key when we went top was that a couple of teams had a chance to knock us off straight away and didn't, and we've gone from strength to strength from there.
"So the more you win, the less pressure you are going to feel."
Burton Albion will arrive at the Interlink Express Stadium tomorrow with their own agenda.
Confidence is high in the Brewers' camp with an upturn in league form coming on the back of a memorable FA Cup run, which ended in a replay against Manchester United in the third round, where they lost 5-0 at Old Trafford after holding them to a 0-0 draw at the Pirelli Stadium.
"They'll come here with not a great deal to lose and everything to gain," said Coleman, who is forced to leave out winger Andy Todd because of a clause in his loan deal from Burton, but Phil Edwards returns after serving a one-match ban.
