THERE'S no doubt about it - the win against Exeter was massive. Again, I don't think we played as well as we can but we have a team with four or five matchwinners who can turn a game at anytime.
And that's the big difference. We have defenders who can defend and players up top who can turn a half chance into a goal and they're used to finding ways to win games.
And Gary Roberts is one of those players. His strikes against Exeter were clinical. He scored two goals and set up the other and he's been fantastic for us.
I just can't quite believe no-one's come in for him.
I thought the phone would have been ringing off the hook for the likes of him and Ian Craney but we're more than happy that they haven't.
That win meant we haven't lost in the league since October and to beat our nearest rivals 3-1 away from home is the mark of a champion.
Not that we're getting carried away. The boys are on a real high at the moment but it's up to us to keep their feet on the floor.
We've still got 16 games to go. Of course, we're in the box seat but we can't let our performances slip.
Saturday brings a break from the league as we take on Worksop Town in the FA Trophy and we'll have to make sure the lads are up for it.
There won't be a big crowd on so we have to make sure the boys produce the kind of home form they've shown all season.
We've had a bit of luck so far in this competition so far but we've got a great chance not just to get through but to go all way.
Obviously, winning the league is the most important but to win the FA Trophy would be fantastic.
