IN A SPIN: Ramsbottom have announced Sunil Joshi as their new professional
RAMSBOTTOM have moved to replace Murali Kartik with fellow Indian spinner Sunil Joshi.
The 36-year-old Test star, who has a best bowling performance if 5-142 in Test matches and 5-6 in One-Day Internationals, replaces Kartik who has international commitments.
Left arm spinner and batsman Joshi is currently playing for Karntatake in the Ranji Trophy where he playes alongside Indian legend Anil Kumble.
