The last day of training was held today at 1700 (0100 GBR time).
After yesterday's crash both me and Kelly were a little on the sore side, but two runs still needed to be done.
Donning my new shiny helmet we once again took the trip down the fearce track. Corners 1-10 were all great then we get to the challenging 11/12/13 combo – getting through was a little rough but we were home and dry!
The next run was my last chance to get everything correct in my head.
Once again the top of the track not causing me any real problems the combo not perfect but through on all four runners – this time looking at the clock we were suprisingly fast, clocking the 4th fastest down in the second heat (Although only 16 participated in the last run).
So me and Kelly after all the bobsleigh prep, again jumped into the ice bath and are off to bed to get some well earned rest.
Tomorrow is going to be one of the biggest days of our lives. If we can produce four consistent runs we will be thrilled.
Cheers for all of your support and please try to tune in on BBC.
