SAM Allardyce has urged his Blackburn Rovers side to end their West Ham hoodoo this afternoon - insisting records are always there to be broken.
Rovers have lost their last 10 matches at Upton Park and have only ever won once there in the Premier League, but boss Allardyce is determined to end all talk of a Hammers jinx.
Allardyce said: “We have a particularly poor record at West Ham so lets go and change that. Things like that never go on forever.
“If we go there and play the way we are playing we believe we will be okay, we have been playing some terrific football, creating chances to score goals. Lets make sure we go that and continue.
“It is a difficult game, we are in a reasonably good position at the moment but we certainly don’t consider ourselves out of that relegation area.
“If West Ham beat us then they catch up three points, so we have to get a result.
"We want to go there and get three points but if not the win, we have to make sure we get at least a point.”
