Accrington’s managing director Dave O’Neill, who had been in charge of the club before Ilyas Khan stepped in as chairman last month, has now been registered as a director with Companies House.
But he is still awaiting the final paperwork to confirm his takeover of former chairman Eric Whalley’s majority shareholding.
