Raptors earned respect against high-flying Flintshire despite this loss.
Without nine first choice players, the home side still put in one of their best performances against the Freeze. Raptors first goal came from MVP winner Ken Armstrong, with Gary Meikle tipping in a goal-bound rocket from defenceman, Mark Gillingham, for the second.
Injuries and unavailability had severely disrupted Raptors planning but several U18s played a major part in an outstanding team show.
Again, a controversial goal from former Raptor, Rick Ravey helped to turn a close game in favour of the visitors.
The next home game is against Solihull Barons on January 3.
