FIGURES published last night revealed that Rovers paid £1,610,885 in agent fees between October 1, 2008 and September 30, 2009 - the 13th highest in the Premier League.
It pales into insignificance compared to the £12.875 million Manchester City spent on agent fees during the same period.
A total of £70.69m was spent between all 20 Premier League clubs on agent fees.
