ON HIS WAY: Michael Symes
ACCRINGTON Stanley are aiming to complete a deal to bring striker Michael Symes back to the club before the end of the week.
Symes impressed Stanley boss John Coleman during a month on loan with the Reds in the latter stages of the 2008/09 campaign and is now available after being released by Shrewsbury.
Coleman said: “We’re hoping to sign Michael by the end of the week. He’s a good player who did well for us, and he knows the lads and the club.”
