SEALED WITH A KISS: Shaw Hill professional Nick Dougherty plants a smacker on his latest piece of silverware after his superb win in Munich
CHORLEY golfer Nick Dougherty has claimed his first European Tour victory in two years at the BMW International Open in Munich today.
The Shaw Hill professional had not won a tournament since the Alfred Dunhill Links in 2007 but finished first in Germany after a stunning final round.
Dougherty had gone into the last day in tied third position and recorded a round of 64 to finish on 22 under par - one shot ahead of second-placed Rafa Echenique.
