REPORTS that Galatasaray have already tied up a £2.1m deal to sign Blackburn Rovers defender Zurab Khizanishvili are thought to be premature.
Rovers are understood to have received an enquiry from the Turkish side, who are now managed by former Barcelona boss Frank Rijkaard.
Reports have suggested that Tugay, who played alongside Khizanishvili at Ewood and is also a former Galatasaray player, is playing a part in brokering the deal and the Georgian is set to sign a three-year contract when he returns from a holiday in Hawaii.
Khizanishvili recently said that he wanted talks about his future because of his frustration at a bit-part role with Rovers.
