BOJAN Krkic has confirmed that he is not interested in joining Blackburn Rovers this summer.

The 18-year-old Barcelona forward is preparing for tonight’s Champions League final against Manchester United but had to field questions yesterday about recent links with Rovers.

Barcelona are thought to have been keen to loan the highly rated Spanish international to a Premier League club for next season and Rovers contacted the Catalans to enquire about his availability.

But the move always seemed ambitious and Bojan has now said: “Blackburn? No, that is not part of my plans.

“Departing from Barcelona on loan is not what I want.

"My objective is quite simple: fight, fight and fight for a place in the Barcelona team.”
