Burnley FC have announced that ‘David Fishwick Vans and Minibuses’ has signed a record deal to continue his massive sponsorship of the stand at Turf Moor.

Colne businessman Mr Fishwick, whose market leading company is the largest supplier of 17-seater minibuses in Europe, has been the sponsor of the Cricket Field Stand since 2004.

And, following the agreement of a new three-year deal, the stand will now bear his name until 2012 and beyond.

Burnley chairman Barry Kilby said: “We are absolutely delighted to retain David’s thriving business as a major sponsor of the club.”
