ACCRINGTON Stanley boss John Coleman has urged his side not to let the recent home defeat to Bury dent their confidence as they bid to bounce back at Lincoln on Friday.
Stanley dropped to 17th in League Two after Saturday’s clash with Brentford was called off, so they have been left to dwell on last weekend’s 2-1 loss to Bury.
Coleman said: “For 10 minutes we had an aberration defensively and it cost us.
“That has not been like us over recent weeks and that’s disappointing.
“But what we’ve got to do is guard against losing our confidence because we’ve got to take heart from the performances before that and build on that.
“While we learn from the mistakes we made, don’t let it dent our confidence.”
