FORMER Rovers striker Jay Bothroyd has cancelled out Robbie Blake's opener as the sides are deadlocked 1-1 at Turf Moor tonight.
On a high after Saturday's dramatic 3-2 win at Sheffield United, Blake gave the Clarets the perfect start as he slammed home a close-range shot after 14 minutes.
But Bothroyd restored parity as he poked home Wayne Routledge's corner 12 minutes later.
That gave the Bluebirds the advantage and they dominated possesson without really threatening.
That was until the last minute when keeper Brian Jensen was called into action to save Routledge's effort.
