BELTHORN Dog Inn C have joined the Elite after winning their league title with a 100 per cent record.
The Dog won all 14 of their games to win the Division Two title in the Elite Blinds Blackburn Community Sum-mer seven-a-side League.
The champions follow in the footsteps of Easy FC who achieved the feat in Division Three last season and, most notably, Cheque Shop who won the Division One title without dropping a point.
And Cheque Shop showed they are the team to beat having followed up their winter success by winner the summer league as well.
