BURNLEY manager Owen Coyle has stuck with the strike partnership which ended the game at Barnsley for this afternoon's visit of Derby County.
The Clarets will look to extend their 10-game unbeaten run at Turf Moor with Robbie Blake and Martin Paterson spearheading the attack.
Paterson's double at Oakwell on Monday night earns the 21-year-old striker his first start since the Carling Cup win at Chelsea.
Steven Thompson must settle for a place on the bench following his return from a one-match ban, while Kevin McDonald replaces Joey Gudjonsson in midfield.
