BRENDAN Flood will be able to wear his Robbie Blake underpants in the directors’ lounge without fear of reprisals if Burnley beat Arsenal at Turf Moor.
The Clarets director celebrated the Clarets’ Carling Cup win at Chelsea by cheekily donning the ‘Bad Beat Bob’ pants over his suit in Stamford Bridge’s plush Chairman’s Lounge after the match.
But Flood’s decision to wear them brought disapproving looks and he was asked to remove them.
Flood said: “I proudly wore them, much to the bewilderment of others.
“But I was politely asked to remove them and I’m not sure I will be invited back in the near future!”
