CHRIS Eagles is expected to be fit to start for Burnley against Doncaster on Saturday - just seven days after being stretchered off at QPR.
The Clarets feared that Eagles had suffered a serious hamstring injury when he was carried off at Loftus Road but it turned out only to be a twisted ankle. The midfielder has returned to training and is expected be available for the Turf Moor clash.
But the Clarets are waiting for news on Michael Duff, who picked up a knock playing for Northern Ireland last night.
Steven Caldwell is available again after suspension but is also a doubt with a knock.
Christian Kalvenes is nearing fitness but will not figure, while Remco van der Schaaf has only just returned to training following a virus.
